Monsterpreneurship

Becoming a monsterpreneur is about being indestructible. It represents our willingness to get into a fist fight with life every single day and never quit.

Rejection, losing huge deals, and embarrassment is easily 99% of this game.  And that’s why most people give up and never realize their potential.

There are three things that a successful monsterpreneur does differently from the rest. These are mindsets and principles they follow daily to give themselves a better chance at winning.

#1 Solution Orientation

We all have problems in our business or in our lives. The way we deal with these problems is the key.

The average person spends 80% of their time complaining and making excuses about the problems they have in the business or in their life. Entrepreneurs on the other hand, spend 80% of their time finding and implementing solutions. That’s the first difference.

#2 Always Be Closing

A monsterpreneur doesn’t have the luxury of bi-weekly paychecks. So in order to survive, they have to “always be closing”. Being a closer symbolizes always asking for what you want out of life and for your business.

Asking that person out on the date. Asking the investor for the capital you’re trying to raise. Asking your clients to sign on the dotted lines and not being afraid of the outcomes.

#3 Whatever it Takes

If your mother was kidnapped, and you had 30 days to generate $1,000,000 in ransom money, what would you do? Probably “Whatever it Takes”. No Excuses Just Solutions. If we want something badly enough we’ll make an excuse or we’ll make it happen. It’s really that simple.

Monsterpreneurs have big dreams that they call their “Why”. Sometimes their “Why” is centered around wanting to provide a better life for their family. Other times they just want to retire their parents. If their  “Why” is big enough, they will spend any amount of time, energy or resources figuring out How.

Thats the definition of a Monsterpreneur.
